For those admin accounts who may modify creatures and manage flags then this is for you. By itself it shows the flags for the specified creature. Using set or clear allows you to change the state of a specific flag. The toggle option has been removed as it means a flag could be inadvertantly changed. Instead a reset option has been added which clears all flags There is also a help option to allow you to list all the currently defined flags (similar to *dm mflags help text)
