*MUTE player [ off | on | warn ] |
*mute has three modes :
off - The norm, player is not muted
on - full muting, the player does not know they are muted.
warn - the player is fully muted but they are told that they are barred
from the activity.
Muting stops tells, broads, class and even mails from occuring.
