This function modifies the numeric elements of an object. Either in a
players inven, your own inven or on the floor. There are quite a few
options and you should not be playing with them unless you understand
what they actually achieve. The object ID is its nomimal db slot number
and is used for lots of things including building map names, logic script
checks and event checks. AD is the magical adjust, used if enchanted or
attrib modifying. AR changes the armour points and EV is used in event
resolution. WE is the location on the body an item is worn. MP is the
spell in the item and MR is unused at present. N/S/PDice control the
damage the item can do. QU sets the quest associated with this item.
SC/SM manages uses remaining of the item while SP sets its special value.
TY sets the objects base type, VA its value and WE its weight.
