This function allows you to move a player who is NOT logged on to a new location. The location must be a valid room number (default range is 1 - 20000) If the player is logged on you should use teleport which now has the ability to move players to specific room # as well.

For info: Fort Jail is location 2119, the ground outside is 2107.

Examples :

*move fist 2119
Player Fist has been moved to location 2119
*move fist 2107
Player Fist has been moved to location 2107

After the first command fist is in jail, after the second he is then
outside it.
teleport equivalents are:
*t fist 2119
*t fist 2107
