For those admin accounts who may modify rooms and manage flags then this is for you. By itself it shows the flags for the current room or a specified room. Using set or clear allows you to change the state of a specific flag. The toggle option has been removed as it means a flag could be inadvertantly changed. Instead a reset option has been added which clears all flags. There is also a help option to allow you to list all the currently defined flags (similar to *dm rflags help text)
